Dog Meat Starter -HV-

This is a modified version of XCaliber's -Pico- Micro Pup MkII. I tried to keep the requirements low, but I needed it to have a passenger seat and for it to be airtight. The top can be easily modified to make a drone hatch, I may link to that version in the comments below.
