Conflict On The Savanna or COTS for short is dependent on the CDLC Global Mobilization and SOGPF.

Loading the SOG Nickel Steel mod will give you acces to the C119.

Introduction
Conflict On the Savanna, takes place between 1968 to 1979 and is a fictional conflict between fictional nations in South Eastern Africa. The mod revolves around the nations of Riccoah, Kasanwa, Tetezu and armed groups such as the Machzeke Unionist National Army and La Légion des Panthères.

This mod introduces 5 brand new and original factions, RDSF, UMOK, MUNA, TDAF & LDP which all have custom gear and uniforms, along with multiple custom vehicle textures, insignias and even custom made models & so much more. The mod works great on maps like Kujari.

Background
Despite its sprawling economy and peaceful exit from the British Commonwealth, Riccoah is faced with civil unrest and guerrilla attacks and conflict on nearly all borders. Riccoah’s northern neighbor Kasanwa is training the guerrilla group MUNA, an uprising movement which started in Riccoah. Furthermore Kasanwa is supported by the eastern bloc and is actively fighting the Tetezu’s in the Kujari region where Riccoah’s, Kasanwa’s and Tete’s borders all meet. Fighting often spilled over into Riccoah territory leading to multiple engagements between the RDSF and UMOK.
TDAF being a relatively poorer and smaller nation heavily relies on the french-based mercenary group, La Légion des Panthères.
The RDSF has in recent years conducted multiple raids deep in Kasanwan territory to destroy MUNA training camps and staging points.

Tensions are higher than ever and the world watches on, as a bloody fight over the mineral rich grounds and territorial as well as ethnic disputes is on the boiling point.

I highly encourage reading the lore-file for more background to the conflict.

Yes, you can just use the Compatibility Data Pack for Global Mobilization, it’s free and on the workshop like any other mod

I hope you someday pick this up again. It's hard to find good African factions, and I'm running a unit that does a lot of mercenary stuff, so having some African themed factions to work with is just beautiful.

Plus, the fictional nature of these countries allows huge flexibility in mission making. The story is just whatever I want.

Yes it’s Defense and Security Forces

What does RDSF stand for?

Riccoah Defense (and) Security Force, or something?
