Report a translation problem
The map files were never stolen. One time when a bunch of people were playing on the .... server, Doc literally changed the map to nmo_bunker, and therefore the game automatically downloaded the map to people's computers, like it always does when anyone loads into a custom map that they've never played before. If Doc didn't want people to get hold of the .bsp file, then he never should have changed the server map to nmo_bunker.
I looked around a lot for the origins of this map and I asked everyone I knew but I couldn't find any info, this is why I wrote that description.
