Description
The Mongolian Stomper, also known as Archie "The Stomper" Gouldie, wrestled across the US and Canada, mostly for NWA territories, throughout the 60's, 70's, and 80's, in addition to wrestling in the 90's for Smoky Mountain Wrestling.

The Stomper started out as a babyface but grew into an effective heel in Stampede Wrestling, where he won the North American Heavyweight Championship 14 times. He didn't wrestle with the Mongolian gimmick in Stampede, but worked as a foreign heel in most other promotions.

Late in his career, he wrestled for SMW as a babyface.
