I think i found another mod that I can use in tangent with yours to get the sought after play through thanks!

Imo I don't think it's really necessary to decrease the unhappiness for the AI, since the AI cheats anyways. They aren't really affected by unhappiness and expand their cities like crazy on vanilla settings. But I'll see if I have some free time to do it.

Interesting great idea! this seems to be one of the few mods that works for doing this sort of thing I wonder is a it possible to have the AI and player have equal happiness modifiers as the player, my thing is I'm not trying to cheat nor am i trying to see the AI cheat just a fair equal playing field any ideas if that's possible?

The mod changes the cities unhappiness modifier and the population unhappiness modifier for all the player difficulties. No effect on the modifiers that the AI uses.

does this work for the AI or just the player? you seem to have the only current mod that actually works to lower population unhappiness
