Arendeth New Summons

Description
Currently adds 6 summons to the warlock (So something other then poucher and necromancer has summons) with 1 (Summon Lightning Elemental) being available as the 15th skill pick for the warlock, 1 summon to poucher (summon bat), 1 summons to inquister (summon fire beetle) and 1 summon to berserker (summon kavian). Open to further rebalances as I see fit. Uses Entities Ids:600002-600012, Animations:400001, Ability IDs:400001 - 400024.
