The location where Tok-Yo inc born before moving to a bigger building. On the first floor of the brick building. right on top of a soba store.
When the company grow rapidly, they rented some floors at the next building until they finally bought the entire place.

I keep coming back to this and have variations where I removed a staircase to put a security office or moved a staircase to add a basement. Placing a couple of them in a row makes for a neat little town feel. Definitely worth tinkering with from the base design. :)
