Description
REDUX!
New wings, engines , propellers and tail including wing fins and underside.

My version of the B-24 Liberator with retractable ball turret. It's an approximation and definitely not a 1:1 replica.

Alt controls to fly.
W/S: Variable throttle.
A/D: Ground steering/Yaw.
Up/Down Arrow: Pitch.
Left/Right Arrow: Roll.
Space: Parking brake.
X/Disable steering: Landing gear.
Hold X/Invert steering: Bomb bay doors.
Fire action 1/Num 1: Release bombs. See below.
K/Hazard lights: Lower/Raise ball turret. See below.

NEW!
PgUp-PgDn/Auxiliary (with Alt): Fire in engine one.
B/Beacon: Fire in engine two.
L/Headlights: Fire in engine three.
K/Hazard light: Fire in engine four.
I can't stop the engines since the plane won't fly with lopsided engines but you get a lot of smoke and some flames (as in orange smoke) for RP purposes.

C: Switch camera. 1 Front turret, 2 bomb sight, 3 ball turret
Machine guns: Controlled from nearby seats with WASD and Fire action 1.

- To be able to play solo the bombs are released from pilot's seat. The bombs are released 5 at a time on a timer every 0.5 seconds with just one press of the fire button. It will take 4 seconds to drop all of them.

- I had to make the front turret remote controlled because of lack of space. It's controlled from the seat behind the bomber's seat.

- The ball turret is also remote controlled from the centre seat just in front of it. Use K/Hazard lights from this seat to lower/raise the turret. It can only be done when guns are facing backwards as indicated by the left red/green orientation lights visible from the seat and from the turret camera.
Once the turret is lowered the warning lights to the right of the orientation lights and in the cockpit turns red, indicating that landing should be avoided if possible.
To retract the turret get guns horisontal-ish and turn until orientation light is green (if the guns are tilted downwards a lot the sensor may pick up the turret itself and cause a false green light). The easiest way to retract turret is to press K again and then turn the turret until it starts moving.

Have fun! :)

Ans as I said only use the planes marked FOR/VERSION 1.3 and later ones since the versions for 1.2 and 1.1 will not work properly with the updated aerodynamics in the game.

LOL you should only subscribe to the ones made for 1.3 and later anyway since the older ones will not work properly, so yeah don't sub to all at once. One day I might have the energy to remove all the obsolete ones fronm the collection... :)

Bomb load is still extremely unrealistic but it's fun so will leave it as is. :D

I might overhaul the B-17 too in the next few days in similar fashion.

REDUX!
All new wings, engines and propellers, new tail including wings fins and underside. I also reduces the really overpowered engines to align it more with my later bombers in flying characteristics and being a bit more realistic.

Fixed a conflict between the new fire in the engines function and the ball turret. Sorry about that, should work now.
