Hi, Yes I use loading screen mod, don't think my game would start otherwise I use too many mods and assets, must have a clear out. As I said before I'm just happy you Creators take the time and effort to make all these assets for the rest of us, and if something can't be done or is just too much work to justify the result that's fine. Quick thought, can you do windows to PLOP either side of the door or on the walls of the blanks?

Hi Linley, i've tried to be economical with the expansions so i can re-use the same textures for large/small variants (more variants to come later), this is why there is a slight artifact in snow.snap positions unfortunately i'm not sure why that's happening but fine tuning it seems to be a good compromise. With the corners again it is me trying to be economical. If you use loading screen mod all identical textures, models will be batched.

Is this possible?, can actually do a blank corner? So there is nothing at the front as the 2 stores either side would be touching, but the back would have the fence, fire exits etc on 2 sides, I'm guessing the complicated bit would be the roof as the ridge would be on the diagonal? So far I just leave an open space in the corners, pop toilets, food vans, seating etc and a back fence so people don't get to the loading areas behind.

The blanks just sit/snap slightly too far forwards compared to the none blanks, we can tweak this by turning off snapping and allow full movement via MOVE IT, but they are great for expanding your stores sideways and look better than a double/triple entrance. The double or even triples I mentioned were in fact this style rather than front to back, for example my local retail parks bowling alley was basically one of your main units with 2 blanks to the right with a few posters and 3 or 4 fire exits, and the bingo hall was the main building centre and a blank unit either side again with posters and exits, but your versions do "Look the part" and fit fine at the end of a row or as solo units. I have spotted a flaw on the deeper ones in the winter themes, not sure if you can/would alter, as it isn't a big issue, but there is a snow ridge/seam on the roof where the extra sections is added, I would just say to anyone it's the guttering or join on the roof sections.

@linley1066 I've updated the collection with some newer pieces. I'm still working to add more varieties - the list will grow as I have the time to do them. For now i've added 3 new large stores, B&Q, Hollywood Bowling and Halfords Autocentre. Along with 2 types of blank variant for both small and large. You will need to use spawnpoint manager to make sure they go into the right entrance, but it works well in my testing.

I will look at adding your recommendations of store so keep an eye on the list! cheers.

Just an after thought, if you can do a blank version so a store could be extended without it looking odd ie 2 the same side by side. Also a double or even triple version for the likes of a Cinema complex, Bingo, Bowling Alley, Kids ball or trampoline playzone. As I said the list is endless. Thanks in advance for any more you create.

To name but a few:- Barker and Stonehouse, Card Factory, Clarks, Clinton Cards, Denby Outlet, EE, Game, Holland & Barrett, Hotel Chocolat, Moss Bros., Natuzzi Editions, New Look, O2, Pandora, Poundland, River Island, Skechers, Sofology, Superdrug, TUI Holiday Store, WHSmiths. I did notice they aren't set up as commercial, I used RICO to sort mine but maybe you could do that so they work straight from the workshop as plop-able commercial. They do make an amazing retail park when you use move it to close the gaps between. You could also do Iceland, Lidl, Aldi, M&S Food, ASDA, etc in the same style.

Hi @linley1066, If you have any recommendations that would be great!

Thank You for these assets, I hope you are going to add more, I know the list is probably endless but variety is the spice of life or certainly a good retail park.

The book section here is fantastic. They sell New Tealand's #1 best seller "Book of Biffisms". The tea is ok.
