Report a translation problem
While Max Qi should ideally still be set to be 50/50 chance between a min roll and a max roll so the player can choose, the attack speed specifically should be set to 0.75. Reason being the way the devs programmed this stuff is that they went "1.15 make number go big!" rather than "better!" and a weapon with a 1.15 instead of a 0.75 roll for attack speed would be more than 50% slower than the latter since we want smaller numbers there.
