[ABANDONED] Custom Fallen Empires

Description
*********Updated for 3.6.1*********

This mod allows you to create a custom empire that generates as a fallen empire in the game.

The empire that you create replaces the existing fallen empire of the same type (e.g., Materialist, Spiritualist, Xenophile, Xenophobe, or Machine).

How it works:
- Create an AI empire and add one of the Fallen Empire origins
- Set the AI empire that you created to always spawn
- Start the game

Custom fallen empires won't spawn, even when the mod is by itself. Machine Fallen Empires work just fine though.

Also, what else is different from the way the game generates these Empires that this mod does not replicate?
