[GM] Coast - Bridge

The bridge from the Coast, all in one map.

Nothing should be required as it should all be packed into the bsp. The map file itself should be "gm_coast_bridge", minus the quotation marks.

Do note that while no game should be required, the size and scope of the map might cause some issues for users on lower end PCs despite rigorous optimization. As well, be aware that despite attempts to prevent conflicts, other workshop items might still conflict with assets used in the map.

• Merge of d2_coast_07, 08 and the beginning tunnel of 09.
  
• Cleared the map of enemies to allow for image taking, vibing, filmmaking, roleplaying or anything else.
  
• Some map scripts retained including but not limited to the train dodge and the shutting down of the barriers on the rail deck
  
• Two teleport destinations: one for each tunnel on either side of the map.
  
• Nav meshes for air and ground NPCs.
  
• Nodegraph/AI nodes and navmesh for NPCs. Complete ground and a lot of air coverage.

While in the Gmod Sandbox mode, any dead bodies, blood stains, activated map scripts or other changes can be cleaned/reset using this: Pressing Q -> Utilities -> Admin -> Cleanup -> Cleanup Everything

Wanting to continue working with the coast for a bit and realizing that there aren't really any merges of the different bridge maps, I decided to do that. Plus, a pre-war version has been requested and since I would have to do a lot of the same work between the two...

This was one of the easier merges since despite some overlapping areas, the two maps slotted together quite neatly. And since the area of d2_coast_09 overlapped with nothing, it was also simple. Getting the fog, scripts, and area portals just right were the main things.

Sorry it took so long to make something so small. IRL events (including getting a brand new computer) have thrown off a lot of my plans. And yes, the pre-war version is coming soon too.
