The R-29b is outfitted with extra switchable ballast tanks in both airlocks and comes at a reduced price of 2000 mk. It is otherwise unchanged from the stock R-29.

I'm not sure what the original inspiration was for the R-29. Personally I have not seen or played the Iroh.
