The Enforcer Mod [WIP]

A mod implementing the Enforcer class and its associated Items.
Art is being implemented slowly, but the mod is functionally complete with space for a few more cards and relics.

The Enforcer is a chem-fuelled warrior who relies on the versatility of his equipment - alongside a multitude of dangerous combat stimulants - in order to combat his enemies.

Introducing three new primary mechanics:

Card Flipping: some cards will not be removed upon exhaust, but will instead transform into their counterpart. Interactions with this are rife.

Stimmed: The battle-stims used by The Enforcer are dangerous, and overuse would quickly overwhelm him. Choose which chemicals you utilise carefully, or unearth methods of preparing him.

Prepped: Inert solutions dedicated to preparing his system for the volatile chemicals to run through it, The Enforcer can partially or completely negate the negative effects of his stimulants, and allow himself to use even more in a single fight.
