This mod Improves the Dark cult. Adds a lot of bonuses, such as:

Sanitation: +20 (local province)
Squalor: 0
Public order: +20
Food: +230 from reserves
Wealth: 8000 from culture
Agent recruit experience +4 (All province)
Corruption: -100 of current value
Trade income: +15% trade agreement tariffs (factionwide)
Religious influence +6 Minor religions
Religious osmosis: +3 Minor religions
Wealth: +30% from immigration
Immigration public order penalties: -30%
Tax rate: +30% (All province)
Maximum amount of active Priest increased by +1 (factionwide)
