Description
A modified version of the clockwork steam power systems that changes the following things:

- Adds an advanced steam turbine (consumes 300 steam/sec for 1800MW).
- Increases power production for standard turbine (increased consumption from 50 to 100 steam/sec and increased power production to 650MW)
- Steam Power Fission reactor produces 600 steam/sec instead of 500 steam/sec
- Increased the resource costs for steam turbines (added super conductor requirement)
