Devil Libre

Description
Hailing from the Ferrum region, Pikachu Libre has unlocked the Devil Gene from the combined copium of all being sealed within her, sending her across dimensions to wreak havoc. With no regard for balance and with horribly clashing aesthetics, Devil Libre continues her reign of despair.

Neutral Special - Mimikyu

Libre summons a very rude Mimikyu. It hangs around for a while before it buggers off.
Deals a small amount of damage and stuns the opponent briefly.

Side Special - Hyper Beam

Libre summons Mewtwo to shoot a fullscreen laser.
High damage and knockback, but extremely slow to recover.

Down Special - Electroweb

Libre emits an electric net. Those who get caught are stunned for a long time.
It can really slow down the pace of the opponent.

Up Special - U-Turn

Libre summons Scizor to boost her up to safety. Good distance and decent damage.

This is amazing. Its actually pretty awesome. fun kit. My only thing is down special having a tad more startup or end-lag would be nice; AKA feels more odd than rest of kit, feels like it needs something additional feel wise or other. Its neat to do turnaround and chaos with it.
