Description
This mod changes the name of Ireland, its color, and its flag.

Features:
Changes Ireland's name to Éire
Changes Ireland's color to emerald green
Changes Ireland's flag to the modern tricolor
Remove the tech level restriction on forming ireland

Suggestions are welcome, please leave them in the suggestion box.

I don't really get the color choice. It's very dark and looks very weird in eu4's much lighter general colorscheme. I don't like the grey color of Ireland in vanilla either, but this is a stretch

While I understand where you're coming from, if you play as Revolutionary Ireland you get the flag anyway, so it's entirely a preference at this point.
