Swiss 90's dispatch cars

Adds 4 Swiss dispatch vehicles based on my Cars of the 90's mod with repaints by Maettu.
Currently included is only Polizei with BMW 3 series and VW Golf III.

For this mod a thanks goes out to Ingo-1111, Doug and Maettu.

Cars of the 90's v1.22 (or newer) is required to be loaded with this dispatch pack!

Unless otherwise noted in the catalogue images the vehicles become available as per the main mod and are added to the existing model selection list. Assets can be found in the categories cars and Bko.

Vehicle features include:
- 8 driving vehicles.
- Interior.
- Drive mode Normal and Dispatch (emergency lights enabled).
- Tailored drivers.
- Passenger capacity 8-12 (2-3 in game).

Asset features, all available from 1990, include:
- 4 asset variants.
- Turn-able front steering wheels.
- Lights on/off.
- Blink lights on/off.
- Animated emergency lights on/off.
- Tailored crew options.
- Choice from 18 different European license plate lay-outs with on text labels.
.. ++ Create your own unique cars;
.... - Script to set unique asset names by default with help of Doug.
.... - The name you give the asset in game is used to render it's license plate text.
- Longitude and cross slope angles.
- Selectable capacity kind Commercial/Industrial/Residential with a capacity value of 1.
- Changeable config, also after placement.

- Repaints that require the original mod can be published without restriction provided that the correct vehicle data is adhered to
- Repaints that are 'stand-alone' need my approval. If a request is not answered for more than 6 months, cc-by-nc applies
- Ports to other games need my approval. If a request is not answered for more than 6 months, cc-by-nc applies
- Distribution of this mod on sites other than transportfever.net is not permitted, unless transportfever.net should go offline
