its reload time is too long (12 seconds)
HP：3000 (my most tanks are in one damage system and this mod is made for cold war)

i choose IS3 as my first tank because its appearance in 1945 shock many other countrys
From my points on IS3 plays an important role in cold war , it makes people know how powerful Soviet army is and accelerate the beginning of the Cold War

i take 10 days to make this mod and i am tired ,next tank should be centurion mk3
