Usage

Open the context menu (default: C)
Right click an entity
Click "Remove from undo list" or "Add to undo list"

as a pROFESSIONAL ragdoll scene creator i wold give this mod a solid 7/10... it is my 2nd favorite garry mode behind the disable lighting tool by ice cofee.
