By using Rope with Rigid type. Usually when connecting the axles to the main body of the car, you use Weld right? Instead weld use Rigid rope, to imitate the suspension physics.
Well then... I don't know, but there must be something that screwing up the weld setting but I don't know what exactly..
Try to spawn another vehicle dupe, I guess and see what happen?
If it is the axles, that's Yes. The axles are never welded so it can move freely up and down like suspension.
Because when I spawn this, it function normally.
