This mod will not work for characters introduced by mods because I can't adjust my files for mods created by other people

Could any mod that adds characters or modifies characters be responsible for this?
I had a mod by Mixu as well as Agemouk's Tomb Kings Expanded. Thank you for replying.

The mod works fine, you probably have conflicting mods installed.

Today 15th January, 2024, this mod is no longer working for me.
My guys DO NOT get 2 skill points per level. Please update this mod.
I find getting only 1 point / level to be very slow and obnoxious. Literally unplayable.
