Description
Adds the Seal of Solomon, a trinket that binds evil monsters in chains.

Information
Item Type: Trinket
Effect: Has a good chance to chain 1-2 enemies in a room upon entering. Multiple chains can affect an enemy if only one is present.
Notes: Benefits from Mom's Box, guaranteeing at least one enemy is chained in addition to the normal effect.

I love the idea of this mod, but unfortunately it doesn't seem to be working right for me. For some reason, it seems like the trinket effect is always active, even without picking it up.
Granted I do have mods like ipecac community mod and repentance+ installed, along with locked starting trinkets, so maybe there's a bit of conflicting code in there? I'm not 100% sure, but if this is able to get fixed then, all the better!
