Siemens SD-400 Pittsburgh Light Rail

Description
Pittsburgh Light Rail (The T) operates a 3 line system in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area. They operate 83 vehicles with 55 being the Siemens SD-400. They were delivered between 1985 and 1987. The SD-400 are high floor vehicles with one low floor door per side. An interesting fact about the real system is that it uses Pennsylvania trolley gauge rather than standard gauge track. This makes the tracks wider.

Included:

- 1 Car Train (170 passengers)
- 2 Car Train (340 passengers)
- Prop Version

Recommended mods:

- Reversible Tram AI for train-like reversal running. The mod is still in Beta but this asset works well with it. Headlights and destination board will change directions for this asset.

- Vehicle Effects for custom sound effects. Sounds are from the real Pittsburgh SD-400.

- Visibility Control for additive shaders. This lights up the destination board, headlight, tail light, and windows at night.

- Extra Vehicle Effects for wheel grinding sounds on curves.

- Reversible AI Station and Tram Tracks assets by Clus

I love these! I'm using them as a replacement for Denver's LRVs as it would be amazing to have the Denver SD-100s and 160s but nobody's made them yet. :(

I love these, but could you do ones in the original paint scheme?

It is wonderful! Can you make another one asset without color texture on the board?

I second would love to see the Denver, Colorado ones as I was an engineer on them.

Would love to see the Denver SD-160s! I have been waiting years for someone to make them, but you don't have to if you don't want to. Can provide references as I live near these trains.

Someone else made it I think.

This is awesome! These older trolleys are a dying breed. I know it's a slightly different flavor, but have you thought about making the Kawasaki LRV that's used in Philadelphia?

These are the closest that i can find to the Denver LRV's which are SD-100s and 160s. Thanks for posting these!
