Ais' 59 Skill Points

Description
Yay, here is my 59 skill points mod for Warhammer 3!

Due to the general level being 50, the cadence of skill gain is less....shall we say interesting than my wh2 and wh1 mods.

Intervals of 5 give 2 points!

I did some paperwork to make sure at least with ALL current lords/LL this doesn't cause problems, at least during the past month it even works properly for greater daemons and Be'lakor!

Note: Does not impact heroes, and as of 4/7/2022 does not need a skill dump.

@amanstaett, it may be possible, but as far as my limited skills are capable of its outside of me. Legendary lords and Lords use an identical data table so if you change anything you change them both. I actually original way back in wh1 wanted to make it split between LL and Lords but was never able to.

HI is there any why to get this for only legendary lords because 49 is just enough for most lords and even legendary lords but some need a bit more and this give them the boost they need. So by limiting this 59 only to legendary lords would make the legendary lords feel just more legendary.

Best skill point mod out there. Gives you those extra few points you need to get the full potential out of your Lords without being silly or overpowered. Kudos!
