Yay, here is my 69 skill points mod for Warhammer 3!

Due to the general level being 50, the cadence of skill gain is less....shall we say interesting than my wh2 and wh1 mods.

Intervals of 5 give 3 points! I MAY change this down the road if as it feels a bit weird, but it works and does what it needs to do.

I did some paperwork to make sure at least with ALL current lords/LL this doesn't cause problems, at least during the past month it even works properly for greater daemons and Be'lakor!

Note: Does not impact heroes, and as of 4/7/2022 does not need a skill dump.
