Expanded Materials - Metals Patch for Vanilla Outposts Expanded Mines

This patch add the ores from Expanded Materials - Metals to Vanilla Outposts Expanded so that they can be an output for the outposts mines.

Found the problem why we are getting Error there is No 1.3 of Expanded Materials - Metals plz remove the 1.3 and we should have this working again

@Mr Atipiquencio I did notice that also and it might be because in the past the mod did use that but it was changed, its fine to ignore that error.

its not working with the newest version of the expanded materials mod and says it requires the old version when i try to sort it in rimpy

@Jeff the Second i don't think Vanilla Outposts Expanded changed that much so it should work yes but that's assuming that Expanded Materials - Metals also works.
