Funcom made sure I don't really want to make any more content for their game, mod works, it will very likely continue to work for years to come, but... no more updates

Changes Funcom's completely random way server picks a weather into weighted algorithm, that will take admin input available through MCP, as a weight in end result.

• Balanced setting leaves it at default fully RNG
  
• Move slider to right to give it a nudge towards more overcast weather / more likely precipitation
  
• Move slider to left to give it a nudge towards more clear weather / less likely precipitation
  
• Set interval (in minutes) in which server checks for new weather

It will not disable any weather type, or otherwise mess with things, it will just make certain weather scenarios more or less likely. So even drought setting will have (albeit very small) chance for thunderstorm in biomes that have such weather defined.

It is fully standalone and fully compatible with my weather mods.
