Naruto can use both rasengan and wind Shuriken, just let it charge to release his wind Shuriken.

SIDE SPECIAL: Shuriken
Naruto can throw his shurikens to hit ranged opponents.

UP SPECIAL: Shadow Clone Boost
Naruto uses his shadow clone to get an extra boost in air.

DOWN SPECIAL: Shadow Clone Uppercut/Dive Kick
Naruto uses his shadow clone to surprise his opponent.

Ultra: 6 Paths Flash Attack
Naruto unleashes his true might, Flashy 10 piece combo.

SPECIAL MECHANICS
Footstool opponents with 2nd Jump.
