[VJ] Azur Lane SNPCs : KMS Bismarck

Only VJ Base and USS Laffey is needed, nothing else is required.

Mainly use this SNPC in Water/Sea/Ocean Maps.

This Addon Includes 1 SNPC :

= KMS Bismarck, The Steadfast Noble Battleship and Leader of the Iron Blood

= KMS Bismarck =
- All her stats used in-game are derived from her actual Azur Lane stats.
- Armed with Twin 380mm Guns (SK C/34), Twin 150mm (SK C/28 Prototype), and Twin 105mm AA (SK C/33).
- Main Battery fires 2 AP shells (can pass through the first target) three times in each volley.
- Secondary Battery fires 6 AP shells (can pass through the first target) two times times in each volley.
- Attacks flying targets with her Anti Air Guns.
- Main Gun Rigging can also move around and track targets and will reset when no enemies are present.

= Skills =
- Wahrheit : The first volley round of each main gun salvo is guaranteed to critically hit. When equipped with a CL gun as her secondary battery, increase its detection range and shooting range to 90, but decrease its damage dealt by 35%.
- Unwavering Strength :
= Increase damage dealt by Iron Blood carriers by 10% (20%).
= When firing her main battery, 70% chance to fire a special barrage.
- Will of the Iron Blood : Increase the critical rate of main guns, torpedoes, and aircraft by 20%, and reload by 12%, for Iron Blood ships. Increase damage dealt by Tirpitz by 40%.
