Description
The number one soldier of the scouting legion realizes he lives in a society! Has some rebalance changes and bug fixes from original, including clinging teleporting enemies. most of his moves have been slightly weakened and his nspecial is no longer a kill confirm. dair still kills but is weaker earlier percentages and deadlier at later percentages.

personally i find it a tad overpowered at close range as his up special seems to be better used strapping to the opponent and spamming your aerial to ko them instantly
