Rumple Submarine

Description
This is a basic Submarine (...shaped object... lol) that admins can place on the map. It doesn't do anything yet, except allow you to walk on it. Feel free to use, or pack, or repack, or pack into a pack, and than go backpackin', in Pakistan. Model is free off TurboSquiddawgg.

hey man thanks for putting this up. Looks great :) Any chance of changing the scope in the config file? I cant get it to work as an event (its not public)
