[1.3] Fantasy Goblins Updated - Partial CE Patch

Description
A partial CE patch for Fantasy Goblins Updated. This is intended to be used with a medieval mod that removes anything after Medieval.
This mod does not patch anything past Medieval, so modern weapons are still not CE compatible.
This mod is mostly intended for me, but people asked for me to upload this, so I did.

Prerequisites:
Fantasy Goblins Updated

Sorry, I probably won't be updating this anymore, on the grounds that I no longer use CE due to performance issues. If CE fixes those I might return, but until then, if anyone else wants to take up the mantle they have my blessing to use the contents of this mod however they wish.
