Full lore of heavens for the storm dragon

This mod replaces Miao Ying's lore book entirely with the lore of heavens. She still keeps the passive ability power of yin, since it synergizes well with roiling skies. Master of the storms has been adapted. While she is in her dragon form, she can use wind blast and chain lightning. Outside of the campaign, you can equip Miao Ying with her vanilla spells.
