Less Skillpoints for Heroes

This mod reduces the skillpoints of heroes by half. They only get one skillpoint every two levels.
But they get 2 skillpoints every 10 levels. In total it is about ~20 less skillpoints than vanilla on level 50.

At the moment high level heroes are "jack of all trades" some can't even spend all their skillpoints at max level.
With this mod there is a choice to be made (battle or campaign).

Higher level heroes will be just as strong in their role as before, but only at a higher level and weaker in their other role.
