Description
scared of blood? annoyed at the ugly bloody sprite on the hard mode pause menu? well you're in luck!

this mod replaces the blood sprite on the pause menu with a pentagram, like the hard mode icon on the HUD.

this is my first mod please dont crucify me lol

it should work on any version of the game.


"mmm hmm" - my friend

"please let me go i wanna see my family" - the hostage in my basement

"leave me alone kiera i dont wanna be part of your godawful isaac mod" - my other friend

you can click on the preview image to see a larger version of it, if you want a larger version of the sprite ingame, ask me and i can create a version of the mod with a bigger sprite
