Rebel Farmers Expansion - Fort Redsix

**Not lore friendly**

Adds a second settlement of sorts in the great desert for the rebel farmers faction. Ruled by the infamous co-leader of the rebels, Boss Redsix.

Also adds a world state for it incase redsix is killed.

List of additions:
- New Character "Boss Redsix"
- Redsix has no dialogue, reasons can be found ingame.
- New settlement "Fort Redsix" Located south-east of Fort Simion
- World state for the Fort (it gets trashed when Redsix dies)

I tried adding a little depth to the character aswell, but all in all this mod exists purely for the purpose of having another "safe haven" or just another bandit camp, depending on who's side you're on.
