Resistance Combine Citizens replacement

Description
Replaces citizens, refugees, rebels, medics with Combine uniforms.

Citizen - Metrocop
Refugee - Elite Metrocop
Rebel - Combine Soldier/prison guard
Medic - Shotgun soldier/elite shotgun soldier

The metropolice model is from Half Life Alyx(which is not ported by me and at https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2034001143 ), textures from elite remake.

Still waiting for hex version of those models (PM, NPCs). It would be awesome.
P.S. But even without hex models this addon is very cool.
