Description
This design was heavily inspired by Fractured Space and The Expanse ships.

Lore

In the early 2050s, with the dawn of space exploration in the Solar System, mining sectors in the Asteroid Belt belonging to the CTS began to suffer attacks from pirate ships sponsored by countries interested in expanding their mining areas in the Belt. To repel the attacks, the CTS, invested in the construction of a flagship with great firepower that could not only destroy pirates but also deter future invasion attempts.

In 2063, the first flagship for the CTS space force, the "Southern Cross", was commissioned with a second one going into operation in 2064. With this new vessel, CTS's mining operations were secured.

The Southern Cross is equipped with 12 AV-T4 guided torpedoes that can saturate any enemy defences.

It is probably because you are spawning in the survival mode, so the ship does not have uranium in its reactors. You have to put some uranium in there or spawn the ship in the creative mode.

no power when i spawn it in

Yeah, totally agree. I made the same thing with the Killzone ships.

1:10's pretty good for translating most bigger things into SE, makes them manageable in terms of building but doesn't lose too much detail or scale.

Probably close to 1:10 scale

Out of curiosity, how does this scale next to my USR Destroyer? I did mine at 1:4 scale, I was wondering how closely you did yours to to the USR Colossus that this emulates. Big ol ships.

That game deserves some love, I need to finish the TDR Leviathan I was working on.

I really like the Fractured Space feel, I loved that game while it was alive.

Thank you! I named it after the constellation "Crux" or "Southern Cross" which is commonly seen in the night sky here in the southern hemisphere :D
