Realistic Tool Upgrades

Description





Realistic Tool Upgrades is a simple mod that changes the component/resource requirement on crafting the Enhanced, Proficient and Elite tier tools. To make a higher tier tool than you currently have, for example, Welder to Enhanced Welder, you will need to also use along with the base game requirements of Ingots, the old lower tier tool as well.

I just looked into the mod, a fix should be quite simple. The vanilla blueprints changed its SubtypeIds to something like"Position0020_AngleGrinder2". They just added "Position0020_" to the old id

Not sure if this is a bug. When making a tool it does not destroy the lesser tool.
