SMOD: Tactical (Game Version 1.0) Blood Mod

SMOD: Tactical is a sub-mod for SMOD, a Half Life 2 mod that adds features to the games like new guns, leaning, gore and more.
The blood in SMOD: Tactical looks great so I had to port it.

Sadly, I could not port the blood particles and spraying system as when I tried to, it caused many odd bugs.
However the decals and wounds are fully ported from the mod and exactly the same.

yo, can you reupload the brainsout blood mod from gmarshal and ragdoll nation, i have the mod file before it got deleted and it will be better if i send it to you on discord
