More Powerful Nukes 1.12.9

With this mod the Nukes do a lot more damage.
you only need few nukes to completly kill all divisions in a province.
Kills around 36K population in the state that the nuke was used in.
and takes 2 times longer to make a nuke.
(730Days with one nuclear reactor)

I have made a new version that is unlisted on steam so i will not update this mod anymore.
