@Sneaking viper the new version i made probably still had the same issue as it was made the same way after all, also that new version is also discontinued. i did have another variation of this in my Gameplay Boosts mods. which is more playable since they aren't as extreme. but i have recently nerfed them and they do include many other mods too so you probably would not want to use that. and as for the idea of updating this mod, only thing i could do to fix that is to nerf the mod overall, for the ai and player. Or maybe change how the volunteer amount is calculated since i don't remember, it might be badly done.

Are you planning on posting the new version of this to steam? As while this works, it now allow AI to also send unlimited volunteers, which result in the Spanish Civil war having a ludicrous amount of volunteers (Russia sent 58 divisions, and Italy sent 25)
