Void Rocket
-cooldown reduced from 1.4 to 1 second.
-shoots void rocket without delay.
-rocket size increased from 0.05 to 0.15.
-explodes after 3 seconds if it does not collide with anything.
-no longer replaces Stab.
-has random gravity within ±8
