EMP Handgun 09 [SWEP]

Description
A small handheld, "short" ranged EMP cannon that can oneshot attack helicopter, lol.
Requires the required addon, otherwise it will refuse to spawn.

Findable under Weapons Tab-->Other-->EMP Handgun 09

this is actually pretty sick, is there a way to customize which player models are affected by this in case some robot playermodels aren't supported?

it can jam simfphys vehicles when aimed at
