Must Increase Value Number by Upgrade/Perk %
Example:
Engineer "Buzzin" Perk Increases Reactor Output by 10%
Reactor Output is 20,000, Increasing that by 10% is 22,000
You Divide 22,000 by 100 than you get 220
Set that as the New Value Number in Memory Component
(Any Outpost Upgrades You Buy to Increase Reactor Output will cause you to Modify this Value Again.)
