Modern Warfare Base COMPRESSED with Fixed envmap

Description
Excessive brightness (guns and attachments) was due to a removed envmap (removed to save space). Still not as good as the original MW base though :( .
All I did was add it back (+10MB) and remove the "spawnicons" (-22MB).
