Description
This mod lets buoys shaking in the water.

At start it will search for all buoys (in every side) that are alone on a bracing and then start moving them. When someone connects to it (if in map possible) it will stop moving this buoy. You can add this to your map when respecting "CC BY-NC 4.0".

The mod doesn't seem to work if the Buoy is on Team 3
