IWmp: Scorch - Blockout

A multiplayer map blockout of Scorch from Infinite Warfare.

Added 2 extra flank routes around the center of the map. Makes those 2 lanes feel less like a strict-3-lane area.
Made a little bit of vista geo, but then I was just like "Its just a blockout lmaoolol".

Added a ton of AI Jump/Wallrun Nodes.
The bots don't constantly use ALL of them, but they still help make the bots more interesting.

Supports all Gamemodes and Scorestreaks. No Winners Circle because C R I N G E

[][] Bots, after being alive for ~20 seconds, can call in/use;

- Guardian ( ~20 secs after initial 20 sec period )

- Hellstorm Missile ( ~15 secs after Guardian )

- Hardened Sentry ( ~7 secs after Hellstorm Missile )

- Cerberus ( ~7 secs after Sentry, BUT dosen't always call it coz idk how to make bots look down )

- G.I Unit. ( ~18 secs after Cerberus, with the same look down issue )

- Power Core ( ~24 secs after G.I. Unit )

- Mothership ( ~11 secs after Power Core )

[][] They can call in a Mothership, but only move it around.

[][] 20 Second countdown starts as soon as the bots spawn in. Ignores the Pre-Match Coundown.

[][] Banning any these Scorestreaks in the Custom Game Settings dosen't work for the Bots. They will still call any of these in.

[][] DOSEN"T WORK IN HARDPOINT.
